Due to PG rent increase we have had to slightly increase our service fees. PureGym (Haverhill requires gym membership) but not for Mobile Personal Training

The “HELP! I’m new here” programme is a 6 week 1-2-1 tuition that will see you learning the basics of all areas, machines and equipment in the gym.
Perfect to get you over your gymfear not knowing anything, build your confidence!


Over 6 weeks with 1-2-1 tuition, you’ll learn how to safely use the gym equipment & safely fail a lift.

Most people move to the 8 week plan after this.
